Story
Nola to Angola is an annual 170-mile bicycle ride fundraiser. In 2020, riders will bike 170 miles over the entire month of October via a series of decentralized, self-directed rides.
Each rider raises money by soliciting sponsorships from family and friends. Funds raised will support the long-term viability and expansion of the Cornerstone Builders Bus Project, which provides free transportation for people to visit their incarcerated loved ones. Nola to Angola remains entirely volunteer-run.
We've curated some routes around the New Orleans area that highlight social justice issues past and present, but riders anywhere in the world can participate!
