COVID-19 has been a tough time for all of us and especially tough for animals in Doha where we have seen an increase in animals being left behind by people leaving the country in a hurry or from people having to quarantine. We fund all vet care and emergency vet services when needed. All the animals need microchips, regular vaccinations, worming, tick treatments, sterilisation, dental and food. Our biggest cost without a doubt is the fuel needed to run our generators, without which our animals would die, as they rely completely on the Aircon in the 50° plus temperatures. Our efforts never stop, every day we receive dozens of messages and emails asking to help an animal on the street but with limited funds and resources we struggle to save them all.

To celebrate our 6th anniversary we have created this beautiful video which showcases our our amazing team who take care of all our residents throughout the year - every single day the team make sure all our animals feel safe and looked after. The video shows not only the joy and satisfaction in seeing our animals being adopted into forever homes, but also the heartbreak and sadness from being exposed to the suffering that these animals have endured.

We would like to mark our 6th anniversary of the 10th October 2020 by raising $6000. We really can't do this without you. We hope you enjoy our video and welook forward to seeing you at the rescue center soon.
