Get together with family, friends or work colleagues and lace up to this part in this years Rabbit Run and Bunny Hop on Sunday, 5th April at Hazelbank Park, Newtownabbey. Run, walk or hop your way around Hazelbank Park in support of Northern Ireland Children's Hospice.

Event Options

1 mile Bunny Hop - Starts at 10am

This non competitive race is suitable for families and children of all ages and abilities, whether you want to run, walk or hop your way around the course. We'll be there to cheer you along the way! Single ticket prices - £8.00. Family Ticket (2 children and 2 adults) - £25.00.

5k Rabbit Run - Starts at 11am

Are you an avid runner looking to beat your PB or maybe you've just finished your Couch to 5k? The timed Rabbit Run 5k is the perfect event to help you keep up the pace! This 5k run has now become a staple event in runners' calendars and features a medal unlike any other! Single ticket price - £8.00. Family Ticket (2 children and 2 adults) £50.00

Our virtual race

Can't make it on the day? Don't worry as you can complete the race anytime, anywhere at your own pace and still receive a finishers' medal! Single ticket price - £16.00

This years route is suitable for all runners, joggers & walkers and is wheelchair friendly. Dogs are also permitted. However, the dog must be kept on a lead and under close control at all times. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions below.

Each Event is subject to various age restrictions as set out in the Terms and Conditions. All Rabbit Run and Bunny Hop participants, including the virtual entries, will receive a race pack, commemorative medal and ribbon.
