In 2020, BikeRadar, Cycling Plus and MBUK are joining the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) in their movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK.

Story

Regular riding can help reduce stress and anxiety, boosts your mood and self-esteem, and can even help to ease symptoms of mild to moderate depression, thats why BikeRadar, Cycling Plus and MBUK want you to enjoy a ride just for the sake of it and to raise money for a great cause! Be it outdoors for your government approved exercise or on your indoor trainer, we ask that you make a donation big or small to our charity partner CALM, grab a picture and use #rideforCALM to share your ride.

About the charity

We’re the Campaign Against Living Miserably and we’re taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and showing life is always worth living.125 lives are lost every week to suicide. 75% of all UK suicides are male. We exist to change this.
