GiveBack 2020 on Giving Tuesday, 1st December 2020, is our chance to come together in a moment of international gratitude and generosity and a great way for people of all ages and abilities to do something to help our charities survive.

As a charity we have seen many changes in people's mental health behaviour recently and this is only the start. Its been a year of uncertainty and change for everyone and we want to support residents in our area to get help and soon. Without donations we are unsure of where we will be in 2021 if we stay at the same level and this is where our supporters come in.

If you fancy a fresh start to December, why not start your own fundraising challenge, with donations sent to Rochdale and District Mind. Host a work dress-down day, Donate what you'd normally spend on Christmas cards to us (we can help with letting your friends and family know), Have a Zoom bingo evening with winnings donated to us, have a declutter and have an online auction, donate some of your wages in December, have a virtual cooking lesson ..

You can do something and NOW! Let our fundraising team know what you are doing, and we'll happily share all your stories on our platforms. And lastly, THANK YOU for thinking about us!
