This year we have our largest team entering the Superhero Tri on Saturday 17 August at Dorney Lake, Windsor.
40 people we support along with their Sidekicks will be taking on three super distances. Either flying solo or sharing the fun in a team relay the team will be taking on a 150m swim in Dorney Lake, 3km cycle and a 1km run/walk/push.
