Autism Resource Central's Autism Superhero 5k is back in person and better than ever at Polar Park in Worcester! Join us for a 5k run or stroll, exciting activites, and a fun-filled day of autism acceptance. Your participation benefits the programs at HMEA's Autism Resource Central that support over 4,000 families in Central Massachusetts challenged by an autism diagnosis in these already challenging times. About the charity

HMEA offers people with disabilities and their families comprehensive services that span a lifetime. Our service area extends to over 110 communities in MA and RI. Services are provided in school, at work, at home, and in the community to over 5,000 children, adults, and families.
