Swim 5k this August and save babies lives

Whether you fancy braving the bracing seas of the British Isles or the heated waters of your local pool, we want you to join us in swimming for Sands this summer.

Swim 5k between August 1st and August 31st and raise funds to support research into saving lives and ensure bereaved families get the care and support they deserve.
