The Well has been serving Wolverhampton and surrounding area since 2006, during which time over 126,000 individuals have received direct support through emergency food & toiletry parcels.
Their work also includes providing 20 welcome toiletry packs for women at The Haven, and sharing donations with other projects serving the local community.
There are many reasons why families and individuals need this kind of support. The rise in the cost of living continues to impact the demand.
The Well aims to be a generous as possible with the parcels they provide.
The recipients are so grateful for the support, as the story below illustrates:
"One of our drivers was recently out on a delivery and whilst handing over a bag of goods the client passed on his genuine thanks only to be told there was more in the delivery for him. As the driver handed over 3 more bags of goods the recipient was blown away by the generosity and said, with tears in his eyes "this is amazing, can you please pass on my thanks to all involved.”
