Greetings!

Spring offers a promise of renewal and making a simple investment now plants the seeds for future growth.

At The Price Center we believe that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive when programs and services are tailored to fit their needs, and in 2022 we went back to our roots creating a solid foundation to help our participants flourish. We restructured our day programming (introducing activities to develop different skills at various levels) and made structural improvements to all six of our residential homes.

These improvements and growth happened thanks to the generosity of donors like you!

In the next year on of our goals include: Program Enhancements

These enhancements would improve the lives of nearly 200 individuals in the Greater Boston Area in our care. Unfortunately, they also come at a cost and are not reimbursed by state or federal programs.

Here are a few ways unrestricted funds help our individuals flourish

In our residential homes, your philanthropic support would allow us to:

Develop therapeutic, weekend programming for residents, like painting and exercise classes

For our folks in our Intensive and Day Habilitation Programs, your contribution would preserve their dignity by:

Adding reclining chairs with a massage element which provide a comfort break for those in wheelchairs who cannot shift their positions and risk skin breakdown or incontinence discomfort.

In our Community-Based Day Programs and Employment Services, your gift would:

Enhance the curriculum by expanding opportunities for training in turn opening up the doors for additional volunteer and work opportunities
