Story

TRIBE Freedom Foundation was inspired by a 1,000 mile run (from Odessa to Dubrovnik) to set up the first home for trafficked children in the UK. Our mission is to fight modern slavery and end human trafficking.

This Summer, the TRIBE community will be leading more than 200 nationwide adventures - runs, hikes, bike rides and adventures - to channel the force of nature, raise awareness of modern slavery and support frontline projects for survivors.

To join the TRIBE team and take part in the Force of Nature Challenge you can sign up via the Ambassador pages under the 'Fundraiser' column to the right.

Registration is through donation (min donation £14) to your Ambassador / Event Leader's page. FORCE OF NATURE RACE ENTRY PACKAGE (£14) includes:

Event Entry , Two TRIBE Bars , TRIBE Tee (worth £20)

Make sure you opt to share your email address with us (TRIBE Freedom Foundation!) so we can contact you to claim your TRIBE Tee race entry package.

TRIBE Freedom Foundation is the charity inspired by a 1,000 mile run to fight child trafficking and established by the TRIBE community to continue this mission. We work by raising awareness of trafficking and supporting frontline projects to fight modern slavery. We empower the TRIBE community to create an impact.

In 2018-2019, TRIBE Freedom Foundation is supporting two of the most innovative and impactful frontline projects:

Ellas Home is an East-London safe-house providing rehabilitation, accommodation, and support for women exiting situations of trafficking and exploitation. In partnership with Luminary Bakery, they also offer training and employment opportunities, helping survivors to regain independence.

Snowdrop is a Sheffield-based charity and one of the first in the UK to provide long-term follow-on support for survivors. They work with clients on an individual basis to ensure their personal and complex needs are met.

Watch the video below for an insight into the realities of modern slavery and the incredible progress which can be made by survivors who have access to quality long-term support.
