Your sponsorship

We would love for you to set your own fundraising target. To give you some extra motivation, once youve raised £40 youll receive your Virtual Challenge medal but why stop there?

Your £40 could pay for a physiotherapy session, helping one of our patients to control their breathing so they too can feel energised. Feeling breathless can be frightening, something that most of us take for granted becoming a huge challenge. But with one session, either in the hospice or in their own homes, our physiotherapists can start to turn this around, teaching coping techniques and giving hints and tips to make life that little bit easier.

Were here to help and support you with fundraising ideas. There are many creative ways you can raise sponsorship. Please visit Fundraising Resources where you can order materials to help with your fundraising.

Get social

Sharing your challenge and your Just Giving fundraising page on social media is a great way to get friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you. Wed love to see what youre getting up to, so please tag us when you post your training and challenge snaps.

So this year get your kit on, get active and you could help patients take back control of their breathing.
