How do we create an inclusive and innovative community? What do you think an inclusive and innovative community looks like?

Summer Search Philadelphia has completely re-imagined their annual event this year to meet the moment and the movement. We are in a time unlike any other in our lifetimes. A global pandemic rages on, the race to a vaccine accelerates, our new normal is more virtual, more remote. And amid it all, a cry for racial and social justice echoes across our nation as we reckon with our country's past and present injustices and inequities.

We will hear from participants in the Summer Search Philadelphia program on how they envision their innovative and inclusive future , and talk with a leading voice in the workforce inclusivity and innovation space, Vanessa Smith, SVP of Global Go-To-Market for ServiceNow.
