Story
Walk'n'Roll is back for 2022 and we hope you're as excited as we are! Walk'n'Roll is going to be bigger and better in 2022 as we all help deliver Ireland's first inclusive playground for clients at The Crann Centre.
This year we're inviting schools from Cork and Kerry to take part, to raise funds and help students learn about the challenges faced by people living with a neuro-physical disability. For information about how schools can get involved visit our website here: www.cranncentre.ie/walknroll/
Walk'n'Roll is 5k, your way.
You can wheel, cycle, run, jog, walk or swim your way through this 5km challenge between June 1st and June 19th, breaking it up into however many chunks you need. And don't worry if you don't reach 5km - we are proud of you for trying, and you should be too!
1. If you haven't already, you can register here: www.cranncentre.ie/walknroll/
2. Make a plan. Challenge yourself, but make it manageable! If this is your first time attempting a challenge like this, train. Building your ability slowly in the run-up to the event will make the challenge easier.
3. Fundraise! Create your fundraiser by clicking "Start Fundraising" on this page. This will let you create a page that your friends and family can support. All funds come directly to Walk'n'Roll. Share your page on social media to boost your support!
4. When June 1st comes around, go go go!
What are you doing it for? Because every child deserves a place to experience speed, height and the thrills of free and imaginative play with their family and friends.
Funds raised through Walk'n'Roll will help build a fully inclusive, fully accessible playground for families and friends with neuro-physical disabilities to enjoy together, without compromise.

By taking part, you are doing yourself proud and the funds you raise will all go towards making the world a little more inclusive.
