Street League works all year round to help young people stay active, positive and motivated. We know the benefits of regular sport and exercise, as well as social interaction and down-time. Now that we are all spending more time than ever at home and in isolation, we want to help you stay positive, healthy and connected.
Make the most of your daily outdoor exercise and take part in our Walk to Work challenge. Work out how many miles you usually commute to work and challenge yourself to walk (or run/cycle) that distance in a week. If you're lucky enough to have a short commute, why not challenge yourself to take on that distance every day for a week, or a month, or walk that distance in your garden! Share your challenge to motivate others to get up and get active.
