As part of Norfolk and Waveney Mind's Fun-raising Fortnight, challenge yourself to take up some Yoga every day.
What you can do?
Well send you a link so that you can watch the lovely Rosy as she guides you through 10 minute sessions of yoga. You could do one a day or all of the sessions every day- whatever is a challenge for you. We encourage you to donate each time you watch Rosy's sessions or put it out there and ask for sponsorship to stick with your challenge.
Why we need support?
Here at Norfolk and Waveney Mind we are busier than ever, 60% of adults and young people who did not experience poor mental health before the pandemic are now experiencing mental health issues. We want to be there for as many people as we can.
What you get?
Free video links to Yoga sessions created especially for this challenge. All of our #FunRaisingFortnight challenges are design to aid your wellbeing too. Each one uses 1 or more of the 5 ways to wellbeing which are- Give, take notice, be active, keep learning and connect.
