There are approximately 8,000 older people living in Swansea who are persistently lonely and who are coping with extended periods of loneliness.

Christmas should be a time of family, friends and joy but we know that this time of year can be particularly hard to bear. 

Your donation will help fund our friendship project, which provides long-term support and friendship for those who are isolated and lonely,  and ensure that we can continue to support isolated older people across Swansea.
