Christmas is a very special time in Barnes when sparkling lights transform our shopping areas.  But Christmas lights cost money and we don't get enough through our grants to light up all our shopping parades as we would like.  So this year we are attempting to raise money through crowdfunding and we need Barnes residents to help us.

Thanks to the generosity of our wonderful residents so far we have almost reached our target to light up the High Street and Church Road.  We now want to raise more money to light White Hart Lane and the Castelnau shopping parade by Hammersmith Bridge.  We already own the Christmas lights so this is the cost of putting them up and taking them down again (which involves many hours working over night).
