CXK’s Emotional Health and Wellbeing team, which supports hundreds of under-19s each year to build their personal resilience, knows that they are particularly vulnerable at this time of year.
A donation of just £6 provides a young person with CXK wellbeing bag – filled to the brim with tools and resources designed to help them process their emotions, to build their resilience and to cope with tough times without the support of a CXK counsellor.
This Christmas make a difference and help us to support a vulnerable young person.
