Reducing the amount of sugar in your diet is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Good choices around diet and exercise also reduce the chances of a cancer diagnosis or a reoccurrence of another cancer.
Sugar Less September is an opportunity to see if reducing sugar can positively affect your health and wellbeing and a fun, healthy way to bring friends and family together.
We have three ways you could get involved with Sugar Less September:
- Go Sugar Less! Take on the challenge by choosing to cut down sugar in your diet or choose a sweet item to give up for the whole month.
- Organise a Sweet Enough Coffee Morning
- Host a Naturally Sweet Supper
