Story

Midland Doctors was a team borne from the rubble of the 2006 Earthquake led by NHS Consultants. The Medical team then decided to return to the UK and build a hospital in North Pakistan which was opened in 2013. Since then we have treated over 250,000 people on a free Zakat basis. 

The team is now leading groundbreaking projects in the area of Children's Health, Key-hole surgery and Heart Health. Midland Doctors are changing the way healthcare is delivered for AJK and Pakistan. Since starting the child health program at the hospital we have unearthed an epidemic of malnutrition at the hospital.

We also have a Village project in Sindh and a School project near Islamabad.

Midland Doctors is a 0% administration expense non-profit organisation which provides free medical aid, facilities, support and training in Kashmir and across Pakistan. Founded in 2006, Midland Doctors have built a hospital (MDMI), a housing scheme and continue to participate in charitable projects.
