Story

What?!  That's right...100km (each!) in 24 hours.  We set out at 9am and keeping on walking 'til we're done...

Why?! Because far too many people still suffer life-changing or life-ending work-related injury or illness.  The walk takes place on 18 March.  This is the day our project worker Louise should celebrate the 38th birthday of her wee brother Michael Adamson.  But, he was electrocuted at work in 2005, aged just 26.  His employer failed to look after his health and safety and we desperately want to stop others losing their health, their life, or a loved one, because of work-related illness or injury.

Who?! The magnificent seven are now a super six due to a late call off.  Undertaking the walk for us are Louise and Michael Taggart, Gwen and Marty McCracken, Vicki Marshall and Davy Jones, and we can't thank them enough!

How much...? A magnificent £7000 would help us employ a new Scottish Hazards Centre advisor, ensuring we can keep people healthy and safe at work in the year ahead!

Thanks for your support!
