• Make a donation to The Sara Lee Trust on this page, or text SLTC21 followed by your choice of donation (£3, £5, £10) to 70070.

• View and save your chosen Snowflake image from the photo gallery below (or the blank template for you to write your own message) and share with your friends and family on your social media pages.
