SSJ's Portsmouth Community Day Rehab Service for vulnerable adults with substance or alcohol problems & has recently offered ‘one off’ Pilates sessions. These were so popular we now want to offer a 12-week Pilates Programme FREE to anyone who accesses the service.

Pilates fits with Community Day Rehab’s ethos; helping clients relax, focus on the ‘here & now’ & achieving a mental state of awareness & focus.

However, without additional resources, SSJ is turning to our kind supporters to help us deliver one Pilates session a week, over 12-weeks, as part of our clients’ recovery process. There will be a maximum of 10 clients per session delivered by a professional instructor
