<p>We’re looking to raise £5,000 in 2018 and a further £20,000 over the next 4 years. This fund will provide vital support to young adults in South Yorkshire who struggle with mental health and physical disabilities.&nbsp;</p><p>We’re doing this because we believe we should come together as a team and give a little back to the wider community.
