Story
We love theatre!
We love telling extraordinary stories about ordinary people!
But most of all we love packing a suitcase and sharing those stories with people!
At Terra Incognita we have strong memories of attending of the theatre when we were young and it's safe to say these experiences left an impression. We want to help others to build their own memories of attending the theatre and allow new impressions to made on fresh minds. We work with community groups who face barriers to accessing the arts. Our 'Take a Seat..' campaign is about giving children and young people from these groups the opportunity to access the arts and enjoy a professional, high quality, theatre show. ALL the money we raise will be spent on supporting children and young people to attend My Friend Selma in March 2018.
If you're thinking about donating have a look below to check out what impact your donation could have.
£7 will buy a ticket for a child

£45 would allow us to invite a small community group to collectively enjoy the show.
£150 will buy a busload of memories for a group including a workshop, tickets and transport to the show.
My Friend Selma is our successful production of the remarkable real-life story of one girl's journey from war in Bosnia to safety in the UK. It is the tale of an incredible journey; a world turned upside down, loss, friendship, courage and conkers.
