Story
On Saturday 14th July 2018, a group of volunteers and supporters are going to 'Move Forward' for Autism. You can choose to support us or join us.
The rules are simple, participants can choose to:
run;
walk;
cycle; or
move in any way you want,
as long as you move forwards.
Some of our volunteers and supporters around the country will be moving forwards in their local areas, so if you live in one of their areas, please free to join one of their walks. You can access the full list of locations here.
The Transforming Autism Project is committed to supporting families of children with Autism and providing ongoing support. Many of our volunteers are directly affected by Autism within their families and our CEO, Guy Shahar, has first-hand experience of how Early Intervention can make a world of difference to a child's life. You can find out more by watching our TED Talk here.
The money raised from this event will go towards providing the charity with vital funds needed to continue this work, this will include:
The opening of the first Mifne clinic in the UK.
An online resource hub full of information, support , encouragement and engagement for families.
A programme for schools and Early Years Education to support children with Autism.
We will be providing all participants with regular updates and further information in the lead up to the event, as well as what happens on the day.
