Good luck to you all and THANK YOU for running in support of YouCan!

YouCan supports young people whose lives have been impacted by cancer. By improving the physical and emotional wellbeing of young people affected by cancer, shattered lives can be reclaimed and futures faced more positively. Recognising that every person’s experience of cancer is unique, so is the support that we offer – one to one and group counselling; support groups; complementary therapies; fitness classes and personal training sessions; day and weekend workshops and holiday/respite breaks.  Hinton House, a beautifully refurbished four bedroom holiday home in Westgate on Sea, offers young people and their families the opportunity to enjoy a short break away from the day to day stresses of living with cancer.

'YouCan have provided me with great support in my post-treatment recovery, helping me come to terms with my new life. This kind of support may seem so simple, but to me it was absolutely invaluable.' - Tom
