This year YUSU RAG (Raising and Giving) are fundraising for two fantastic charities, IDAS, a York-based charity helping anyone affected by domestic abuse, and Action for Children, a national charity that support children and young people affected by abuse, neglect, and socio-economic deprivation.To raise money for these amazing charities, I'm running the Manchester Marathon on Sunday 8th April 2018. That's 26 miles of blood, sweat, and tears in aid of RAG! I want to do something that challenges me and tests me, but with a charitable benefit. Exercise has had an immensely positive effect on me at uni when I've been overwhelmed and stressed. I also want to encourage YUSU students to get out there, get active, and do something good for the community.

I'll be using this page, and my event page to update you with my training - the good, the bad, and the ugly. Please support me in any way you can, whether that's financially on this page, accompanying me on a training run, or even signing up yourself! Every little helps! All proceeds including gift aid will be split equally and donated to IDAS and Action for Children.
