I'm running the 2022 Wizz Air Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 2 October for Cyfannol Women's Aid.  Cyfannol work with adults and children affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence across Gwent in South Wales.

I've worked at Cyfannol for almost two years so I've seen first-hand the amazing work the staff and volunteers do every day.  Your donation will enable staff to support people when they need it the most.  (Also, heads-up that my post is funded totally separately, by The National Lottery).

I started running in 2020 to help get out of the house during covid.  I've been regularly running 10km runs (with my fave running partner Dug) but I've never gotten near a half marathon, so this is a big push for me.
