We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone.

Story

“What we don’t need in the midst of struggle is shame for being human” - Brene Brown

Come the new year I’m undertaking a new challenge in life. I will be competing in the White Collar Boxing in April in aid of Mind Jersey.

This charity helps to reduced stigma that sadly still surrounds mental health issues and creates better access to mental health services and support for islanders. Mind Jersey is very close to my heart as mental health issues have touched those nearest and dearest to me. I’ve seen mental health issues plague loved ones and resultantly lose them. Unfortunately suicide is a permeant solution to a temporary problem and charities like Mind Jersey aim to help better opportunities for help to those suffering on island and better enable community outreach.

This is by far the biggest risk I would have taken to date but where there is no risk there is no reward. If you’d like to support me on the night then message me regarding ticket information or if you simply want to help my fundraising then please feel free to give as much or as little as you would like.
