Hello you lovely people, 

This September Chris and James are going to be Cycling the London Bikeathon 'Epic Ride' (which is 100 miles) in aid of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.

I would encourage anyone to get involved in this event and do the cycle! It is both a vital cause and a great way to stay healthy.
