Great open water swimming session last night. Benjamin cannot wait for his 1st open water triathlon at the end of the month now.

I am 8 year old Benjamin and i'm taking on the 185 mile distance of the River Trent in 6 months in a swimming pool. I have always loved swimming and want to challenge myself at the same time as helping children who are ill be happier in their life's. If I can make 1 child happy by them gaining their special wish then all my hard work training and effort is work it.

I will be swimming the whole distance over 6 months hopefully with a few big distance swims thrown in to challenge me further.
