After a few skirmishes with surgeons and radiotherapy, the suggestion was made that I should take the opportunity to gain sponsorship for a running wild event.

I have chosen two very worthy small charities - Farm Community Network and The Henry Plumb Foundation.

FCN offers pastoral and practical support to individuals and families in the rural community.

The Henry Plumb Foundation provides an opportunity for young people to develop skills associated with land based industries.
