Thanks for taking the time to visit the BUY-A-BRICK appeal. We are a local charity working to give back a restored part of the Caerphilly miners Hospital to local people as a three storey community centre.

The BUY-A-BRICK appeal will help raise vital funds. A ‘brick’ costs just £8 each. 

‘8’ reflects the donations made by the miners to help build the hospital. Miners used to give 6 pence of their weekly wages of 12 shillings and 6 pence. In today’s money that’s £8 a week!
