Each year, hundreds of young people make the decision to commit to a year or two of service with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Send Me to Serve (SMTS) provides the opportunity for Jesuit Volunteers (JVs) to share their decision with friends and family!

Story

This Fall I am going to be a Jesuit Volunteer (JV) at the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, MI. I am so excited to help foster faith and the love of service in the students at Detroit Mercy. Additionally, I am so excited to live in an intentional community and personally develop myself! Thank you so much for taking some time to learn more about JVC, I cannot wait for my journey to begin!
