In 2010 I was very ill - mentally and physically.  However I made a decision to fight back against my body and against my Multiple Sclerosis.  Five years later and with the benefit of medication, real food, exercise and a very positive approach to my condition, I have continued to defy all the odds and get stronger and reverse my MS.  

In the next few months I plan to complete two marathons (Belfast / Derry) two triathlons a half Ironman in Dublin and the ultimate goal - Ironman Majorca in September 2015.  This involves a 2.4mile swim, 112mile bike and 26.2 mile run (marathon) to finish.  

My motivation is to try and inspire anyone with an illness or challenge to believe that with the right plan, they too can improve and get their life back and lead it to the full.  I also want to raise as much funding as possible for the MS SOCIETY.  Thank you for donating to my cause - i really appreciate your contribution. #Attitude Is Everything
