For those of you that know me know I hate exercise - going to the bar is a chore. However, my dad the Fantastic Mr John Fox, has recently been diagnosed with IPF.  He is now on the list for a lung transplant and has an oxygen tank (or Foxygen as he refers to it!) 

My dad would love to go for a run but he can't. I can. So I must.
