Story

Sophie and Carlo will join other insane yogis and yoginis at Merchant City Yoga on December 23rd and perform 108 Sun Salutations in aid of Yogability. Yogability is a Scottish registered charity (Charity No: SC043956). They provide free Yoga classes for children and adults with special needs, their families and carers. They provide and cater for people who would otherwise not have access to the huge benefits a Yoga practice can offer.

We are hoping to raise £108 each! Thank you!
