19th (Askern) Doncaster Scout Group need your help!

It was made possible to have our scout hut built back in 1974 due to the local community giving very generously and donating money to each pay for a brick! We have a great community, and are now asking for your help and support once more.

Unbelievably the scout hut still has the original toilets dating back to when the hut was originally built in 1974 and they are now very much in need of renovation as soon as possible!

We desperately need to replace the original toilets, adapting one to allow disabled access. Ideally we would also like to install a shower, this would make a huge difference for our group to be able to utilise a shower during overnight activities at the hut.

We are responsible for our own fund raising to make this much needed development go ahead, and we are kindly calling for help from our local community to help this project happen.

Over the years our scout group has provided countless happy experiences and memories for many families in and around the Askern area. Please now look to give a little back to this amazing little Scout Group.

Even donating just a few pennies will help towards our scout groups’ project and the much needed renovation of our toilets!
