Just before christmas 2015 my beautiful sister, Debbie Callaghan-Scott at the age 58 was delivered devastating news that we all dread to hear. She was diagnosed with Terminal Ovarian Cancer.

My sister has been battling this Cancer with a positive spirit and the most realistic outlook on the life she has left, along side her Chemo therapy treatments. I have never met such a selfless person who is more concerned and worried with how all her family and friends are dealing with this reality, to the extreme point that she doesn't want her family to have to face with funeral arrangements, that she has organised this herself.

Debbie is a daughter, sister, mum, auntie, grandmother and friend to many and is one of the most kindest and giving people that you will come by. I feel as her sister, that I want to try my best to help support and give her something back to try achieve her long life dream on her bucket list, to go on a cruise. The purpose of this is to also give others the opportunity, who may relate to what my sister is suffering with or who know my sister, to also try help Debbie achieve her ultimate dream. In order to make this dream come true, we have been trying to source ways to raise money to finance this trip. Our Mother has managed to gather funds to contribute for the 12 day cruise to the Mediterranean on 2nd April 2017.

As amazing as this is so far, we still need to raise more funds. With battling Cancer and disabilities, Debbie physically isn't able to work and doesn't receive enough income or support to be able to set aside or try to save. This is a once in a life time opportunity for my sister and in order to make this possible, anyone's help will be great impact.
