The 1st Wemyss Bay Girl Guides are a small but mighty unit. We've recently lost some members and our small size makes it difficult for us to cover all our activity fees on top of running the unit.

We are keen to learn about Crowdfunding as well for one of our interest badges.

We are going to walk 11kilometres and would love your sponsorship!

All of the funds will go directly to the unit and pay for our activities and hopefully even a trip at the end of term - allowing our weekly fees to be spent on boring things like hall hire and insurance (yawn).

With only 7 dedicated members we are keen to keep one of the oldest Girl Guiding units in the West Coast of Scotland going!!!

We hope our local community will help us out - allowing us to continue to meet each week. The unit offers us friendship, fun, learning opportunities, international opportunities, access to our Baden Powel badge and much more!!

Please help us continue to keep our unit going. Without your help the unit will have to close down!!!
