Kelly Turner is a 17 year-old girl who was diagnosed with Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumour, which is a rare form of aggressive cancer. Having received treatment in the UK that was not a success, Kelly was given 2 years to live late 2015. In order to send her to New York to receive life-saving treatment that is not available anywhere else in the world, she must raise £1million.
Jack Marsh and Becca-Grace Shrader are already involved in the bid to raise £1million to save Kelly's life, helping out with various events to raise the money.
Their new venture is to go live on Dover Community Radio and on Facebook for an entire 24 hours. There will be prizes to be won and plenty of ways for you all to get involved including quizzes and games. They have a packed schedule including hours dedicated to jazz music, love songs, and Disney!
The live stream will be happening at 11am sharp on Saturday the 1st of April until 11am on Sunday 2nd of April.
