Hi All,
Yet again Stan is pushing himself to the limits with the '4 Heroes High Heel Hike'
As if walking in high heels wasn't tough enough he will START yes start by doing a 1.5mile battle fitness test, 250 push ups AND the 8.5mile hike itself!!
This is all in aid of The Royal British Legion, British Limbless Exservicemens Association and mental health/PTSD related charity!!
Dig deep, please donate and feel free to come along and laugh......I mean support him. The date is confirmed for 4th November at 09.30am starting at Ryde boating lake.
All money raised will be split between the 3 charities
