5000 miles cycled for £5000

I would like to raise a total £1 for every 1 mile I cycle during 2017.
The money will be raised to go to the following Charities.
50% will go to Help for Heros Charity. This is a Charity founded to help British Service Men and Women that have been wounded in Action. Its a charity that I feel that needs our support as these men and women are the backbone of our society and protect our country and put their lives on the line for us.

The second charity is for Cystic Fibrosis.
Cystic Fibrosis is a lung disease with no cure and people that have it normally die before their time. My oldest friends Brother in Law passed away from this Disease and it would have been his 40th Birthday this year so I will be donating 50% of the money
The last charity is the British Heart Foundation that I will be giving £250 to for my London to Brighton charity ride.

Please help me to help these charities by helping me to try and raise £1 or more for every mile I ride from January 1st 2017 to December 31st 2017
