Birchwood ‘A place to live and grow’ (http://www.birchwoodcentre.co.uk)
Birchwood is an independent charity based in Skelmersdale, committed to helping young people (13-25) who have extremely challenging and difficult lives. The centre offers wrap around support in the community to help individuals reach their true potential, including supported accommodation to encourage independent living.
In December 2016, All About Food worked with Birchwood to renovate 3 of their 8 independent living bedrooms and our team of "Foodies" want to go back help some more....
....So on Thursday 15th June, our entire business will be joined by a team from our brand partners, Red's True Barbecue, to strap on our boots and backpacks and a 40-strong group will be tackling the Yorkshire 3 Peaks in the name of charity!
Any support you can give to help us raise money for this worthy cause within a local community will be greatly appreciated - wish us luck!
