I met my friend Ben on Twitter a while back. Ben is a 38 year old Tetraplegic with an incomplete SCI (Spinal Cord Injury) which requires him to use a wheelchair. When it comes to bathing/showering he needs the use of a shower chair which he has tried in vain to get from at least one source. So I have taken it upon myself to try and help a mate. I have some experience of an SCI myself so understand what it is like to not be able to utilise equipment when its needed or when funding does not allow.

Together we can help Ben get the shower chair he needs to make life easier and do something that up until now other more mainstream channels have failed to do.
