Story
I have been in hospital twice in the last three years and received first class treatment from the IT ward and ward 7 at the Borders General Hospital Melrose. I would like to give something back for the support and help they gave me at that time.
I am taking up a 1000 mile challenge from June to September in which I will be walking every day and on average I will be aiming for 20,000 steps a day.
