Story
Cardiff Recovery Enabling Wellbeing (CREW) is a user-led service in Cardiff offering recovery focused activities and drop-in services for people under the care of a Community Mental Health Team.
CREW currently runs a craft class, jewellery making class, art class, creative writing class and drop-in services for people to meet-up with other people with similar mental health backgrounds.
The focus is very much on recovery, and we are wanting to expand our services and membership to allow more people to access our service. We are hoping to introduce more classes as well as sessions outside of our base.
