On the 1st June 2016 Callie Francine Whitehouse was born, 38 weeks and 5days into a perfect pregnancy, 7lb 13oz of perfection, a much loved first born of Krystal and Matthew Whitehouse. Callie fought for half an hour before growing her angel wings.

The Jasmine Suite at City Road Hospital allowed for Callies parents to spend three days with their daughter. They were able to dress, wash, cuddle and sing to Callie in the safety of their own room, allowing for precious memories to be made. Family members and friends were also able to visit for which they are forever thankful.

We are raising money for the Jasmine Suite to ensure other families are able to create memories in the most difficult of situations. The money raised will contribute to the upkeep of 'cuddle cots' a temperature controlled cot that allows families to spend time with their baby. We would also like to contribute to the upkeep of essentials such as memory boxes.

The death of a baby leaves families devastated, a lifetime of plans snatched away in an instant. The Jasmine Suite is an invaluable provision in need of ongoing funding to allow for the little details to be available. It's the little details that become the biggest memories.

We are also supporting various charities who research why babies die and help to prevent further losses. We aim to make donations to these over the course of our fundraising but will include SANDS and Tommy's.

Finally a charity we have sought support from ourselves. The Lily Mae Foundation provide hospitals with memory boxes to help families create lasting memories of their babies.

We now have a confirmed date for our group sky dive which will be taking place on June 4th 2017, donations gratley received.

To date we have raised over £7000 in Callie's memory.
